Evidence gathered from a meta-analysis of multiple studies indicates that time-restricted eating is beneficial for cardiovascular health in humans. Recent data from animal studies indicate that time-restricted feeding – even in overweight animals eating a poor diet – has beneficial effects on metabolic health.
