Hi Rhonda, I just wanted to ask quickly about protein increasing the IGF-1 in our bodies, is that the same for all proteins or is it only animalprotein that increases the IGF-1? Many thanks from Sweden :)
P.S Is there anywhere I can find the sources of the studies/sources that you cite during the podcast? Perticularly the one where they had studied 400000 people(i think) regarding eating meat. Where the conclusion was that if you had bad life habbits(smokeing/obese/eating refined sugar etc) was the determening factor rather than the meat itself. Would love to read up on these things. Thanks again.
Thanks for looking to reach out! I try to reply to every single email I get (really!), but sometimes it takes a little while or some messages just fall through the cracks, usually by accident.
