Trying to locate a powerful study.

I recall it being mentioned towards the end of a youtube lecture posted on the Silicon Valley Health Institute approximately 1- 3 years ago.

The video could have been deleted since. The video mentioned the following study:

The study was about a meta-analysis of the various compounds and their various strengths on a gamete of illnesses. I specifically remember the speaker mentioning how the research was not published yet, but there were over ~10k compounds studied.

One of the conclusions I explicitly remember was the efficacy of lysine as an antiviral. I believe the speaker mentioned other compounds and afflictions as well.
