This is really cool! Interesting dichotomy between the inflammatory effects of serotonin in gut and anti-inflammatory properties of melatonin in gut. Seems to be a yin and yang. Question is what percentage of serotonin actually gets converted into melatonin in the gut. Also, melatonin stimulates HSPs! Wow had no idea!
